2. Do you ship to my location?
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can track your package.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
5. How do I return an item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@thoushaltearn.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
6. How do I know if a product is out of stock?
Our website displays real-time inventory updates. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as "Out of Stock" on the product page. You can also sign up to receive an email notification when the item becomes available again.
7. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thoushaltearn.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified.
