At Thousandtearn, we aim to deliver your garden décor, solar lights, and bird feeders safely and on time, anywhere within the United States. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process, delivery times, and what you can expect after placing an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MT) will begin processing the next business day.
- Please note: Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packing to ensure delicate items like glass lanterns and acrylic feeders arrive safely.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your order delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping:
- Total Delivery Window: 4–7 business days (Processing 1–3 days + Shipping 3–4 days)
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order typically arrives in 3–4 business days.

Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.
Taxes & Duties
No sales tax or additional fees are charged at checkout (exceptions may apply for certain states based on local laws).
Delays & Handling
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal demand. If your package is delayed:
- Check your tracking number for real-time updates.
- If there is no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us at support@thoushaltearn.com or call +1 (606) 260-6432.
- If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund.
Special Packaging for Fragile Items
Products such as glass lanterns, acrylic bird feeders, and solar statues are fragile. We use reinforced packaging and additional cushioning during fulfillment to ensure safe delivery. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
